Everything Your Family Needs for $500

Weekly Parent Videos

Each week, a short video walks you through the skill and shows you exactly how to practice it with your child. Watch on your own time. This is the only screen in the program.

Guided Daily Activities

A new activity each week with clear instructions, built in progression, and tips for common pitfalls. Designed for 5 to 10 minutes a day, using materials you already have at home.

💬 Direct Access to Us

We are available through a private WhatsApp group throughout the program. Ask questions, share wins, get real time guidance when your child hits a tricky spot.

📝 Weekly Supplemental Tips

Bonus content each week covering rhyming activities, concepts of print, and sight words. Extra practice to weave into everyday moments like car rides and bath time.

📈 Pre and Post Assessments

We assess your child at the start and end of the program so you can see exactly how much they have grown. Personalized feedback based on your child's specific results, not a generic report.

👥 One on One Family Meeting

After the program wraps, you will meet individually with us to review your child's growth, celebrate progress, and get personalized recommendations for what to focus on next.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

Every week follows the same simple rhythm. No surprises, no overwhelm. Just a steady routine your family can count on.

Friday Evening
📺

A short parent video drops each Friday explaining the skill and walking you through the activity. Watch it after the kids are in bed, ready for the weekend.

Saturday through Thursday
🎨

Spend 5 to 10 minutes a day practicing with your child. Same activity all week. Repetition builds confidence and mastery.

Ask Us Anything

Stuck? Not sure if your child is doing it right? Drop a question in WhatsApp. We typically respond the same day.

New activities drop every Friday for 8 weeks, with practice 5 to 6 days each week. After the final activity, you get two full weeks to review and practice everything before the post-assessment. Most families find a consistent time (morning, after school, or bedtime) and stick with it.

Eight Weeks of Activities. Two Weeks to Master Them. One Confident Reader.

Each phase builds on the last. New activities drop every Friday so your family has the weekend to get started. After the final activity, you get two full weeks to review and practice before we test. By the end, your child will have practiced every foundational reading skill they need for kindergarten.

📋

Pre-Assessment  ·  Week of July 6

Before the program begins, we assess your child's current reading skills so we can measure real growth. This gives us a baseline and shapes the personalized feedback you will receive throughout the program.

Phase 1 Sound Detectives
Weeks 1–3  ·  July 10 – July 30
🎵 Supplemental: Rhyming
Week 1 · July 10
Listening for Sounds in Words
Your child learns to hear individual sounds inside words. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Week 2 · July 17
The Blending Game
Now your child puts sounds back together, blending individual sounds into whole words.
Week 3 · July 24
Breaking Apart Sounds
Your child learns to segment words into individual sounds, the essential counterpart to blending.
By the end of Phase 1, your child will be able to hear, isolate, and play with the sounds inside words. They will understand that words are made up of smaller pieces, and they will be tuned in to the sounds around them.
Phase 2 Code Breakers
Weeks 4–6  ·  July 31 – August 20
📖 Supplemental: Concepts of Print
Week 4 · July 31
Sound Safari
Letters meet sounds for the first time. Your child connects the symbol on the page to the sound it makes.
Week 5 · Aug 7
Flip It
Working the connection in both directions: see a letter, say the sound. Hear a sound, find the letter. Two pathways, stronger memory.
Week 6 · Aug 14
Sound Smash
Your child reads their first words. They stretch out sounds, smash them together, and experience what reading actually feels like.
By the end of Phase 2, your child will know their letter sounds, be able to work with them in both directions, and will have read real words on their own. All four regions of the reading brain are firing together.
Phase 3 Confidence Builders
Weeks 7–8  ·  August 21 – September 4
✍ Supplemental: Sight Words
Week 7 · Aug 21
Word Chaining
Change one letter, get a new word. Mat becomes cat becomes cad becomes dad. Builds speed and word families.
Week 8 · Aug 28
Practice with Purpose
You learn how to weave every skill into everyday reading time. We model how to use real books with the tools you now have.
By the end of Phase 3, your child will be reading simple words with confidence, building word families, and starting to see how reading works in real books.
🎓

School Starts Mid-Program. That Is by Design.

The first few weeks of kindergarten are a lot for every family. So we intentionally slow things down in August: your child keeps practicing the skills they have already learned, without the pressure of new material. They walk into that classroom with real confidence, not because they memorized a few sight words, but because they understand how letters and sounds actually work.

And here is the part most programs miss: we set you up for back to school, too. When your child comes home with a reading log or a note about "decoding," you will know exactly what that means. You will know the right questions to ask at conferences. You will be able to look at what the teacher is doing and understand where your child fits, what is clicking, and where they might need a little extra practice at home.

Because our program overlaps with the start of school, your closeout meeting happens after your child has had a few weeks in the classroom. That means we can talk about what is actually happening, not hypotheticals. You leave with a clear picture of your child's reading and the tools to keep supporting them all year long.

🏆

Review & Practice  ·  Aug 30 – Sep 7

Two weeks to revisit all eight activities at your own pace. Go back to the ones your child loved. Spend extra time on the ones that were tricky. No new material, just mastery.

📋

Post-Assessment & Family Meetings  ·  Week of Sep 8

We reassess your child and meet with your family one on one. You will see exactly how much your child has grown, get personalized feedback based on their results, and have the chance to ask about what you are seeing in the classroom. You walk away with a clear picture of where your child is and what to focus on next.
