No hidden costs, no materials to buy, no apps to download. Your enrollment covers the entire program for $500. A $100 deposit holds your spot today, and the balance is due January 15.

🎯 Individual Differentiation for Your Child

No two kids start from the same place. Each week comes with ways to make the activity harder and ways to make it easier, so you can meet your child exactly where they are. Flying through it? Level it up. Needs more time? Ease it back without losing momentum. Your child gets a program tuned to them, not a one size fits all script.

▶ Weekly Parent Videos

Each week, a short video walks you through the skill and shows you exactly how to practice it with your child. Watch on your own time. This is the only screen in the program.

♥ Guided Daily Activities

A new activity each week with clear instructions, built in progression, and tips for common pitfalls. Designed for 5 to 10 minutes a day, using materials you already have at home.

💬 Direct Access to Us

We are available through a private WhatsApp group throughout the program. Ask questions, share wins, get real time guidance when your child hits a tricky spot.

📝 Weekly Supplemental Tips

Bonus content each week covering rhyming activities, concepts of print, and sight words. Extra practice to weave into everyday moments like car rides and bath time.

📈 Pre and Post Assessments

We assess your child at the start and end of the program so you can see exactly how much they have grown. Personalized feedback based on your child's specific results, not a generic report.

👥 One on One Family Meeting

After the program wraps, you will meet individually with us to review your child's growth, celebrate progress, and get personalized recommendations for what to focus on next.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

Every week follows the same simple rhythm. No surprises, no overwhelm. Just a steady routine your family can count on.

Friday Evening
📺

Watch the Video

A short parent video drops each Friday explaining the skill and walking you through the activity. Watch it after the kids are in bed, ready for the weekend.

Saturday through Thursday
🎨

Play the Activity

Spend 5 to 10 minutes a day practicing with your child. Same activity all week. Repetition builds confidence and mastery.

💭

Ask Us Anything

Stuck? Not sure if your child is doing it right? Drop a question in WhatsApp. We typically respond the same day.

New activities drop every Friday for 8 weeks, with practice 5 to 6 days each week. The final activity week is built as review, then post assessments and family meetings in the last week. Most families find a consistent time (morning, after school, or bedtime) and stick with it.

Eight Weeks of Activities. One Confident Reader.

Each phase builds on the last. New activities drop every Friday so your family has the weekend to get started. The last week is review by design, no new games to learn, just the ones your child needs most before we test. By the end, your child will have practiced every foundational reading skill they need for TK or kindergarten.

Pre Assessment  ·  Before Week 1

Before the program begins, we assess your child's current reading skills so we can measure real growth. This gives us a baseline and shapes the personalized feedback you will receive throughout the program.

It happens where your child is most comfortable, at home, on the floor, with a book they like. No desks, no timers, no pressure. Most kids think it is a game.

Phase 1 Sound Detectives
Weeks 1 to 3
🎵 Supplemental: Rhyming
Week 1
Listening for Sounds in Words
Your child learns to hear individual sounds inside words. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Week 2
The Blending Game
Now your child puts sounds back together, blending individual sounds into whole words.
Week 3
Breaking Apart Sounds
Your child learns to segment words into individual sounds, the essential counterpart to blending.
By the end of Phase 1, your child will be able to hear, isolate, and play with the sounds inside words. They will understand that words are made up of smaller pieces, and they will be tuned in to the sounds around them.
Phase 2 Code Breakers
Weeks 4 to 6
📖 Supplemental: Concepts of Print
Week 4
Sound Safari
Letters meet sounds for the first time. Your child connects the symbol on the page to the sound it makes.
Week 5
Flip It
Working the connection in both directions: see a letter, say the sound. Hear a sound, find the letter. Two pathways, stronger memory.
Week 6
Sound Smash
Your child reads their first words. They stretch out sounds, smash them together, and experience what reading actually feels like.
By the end of Phase 2, your child will know their letter sounds, be able to work with them in both directions, and will have read real words on their own. All four regions of the reading brain are firing together.
Phase 3 Confidence Builders
Weeks 7 to 8
✍ Supplemental: Sight Words
Week 7
Word Chaining
Change one letter, get a new word. Mat becomes cat becomes cad becomes dad. Builds speed and word families.
Week 8
Practice with Purpose
No new games. You weave every skill your child has built into everyday reading time, and circle back to whichever activities were trickiest. We model how to use real books with the tools you now have.
By the end of Phase 3, your child will be reading simple words with confidence, building word families, and starting to see how reading works in real books.

Kindergarten Is Closer Than It Feels.

February feels a long way from the first day of kindergarten. It is not. When we start, your child has about six months before they walk into that classroom. That is the sweet spot: enough time to build real skills at a calm, steady pace, with no pressure and no cramming.

We finish in spring, so summer is not catch up time. It is play time, with games your child already knows and loves, keeping every skill warm until school starts.

And here is the part most programs miss: we set you up for the school year, too. When your child comes home with a reading log or a note about "decoding," you will know exactly what that means. You will know the right questions to ask at conferences, and you will understand where your child fits, what is clicking, and where a little extra practice at home helps.

About the Dates

The Spring 2027 Cohort runs for 8 weeks, starting in February. Exact dates are coming soon, and enrolled families hear them first.

Your $100 deposit holds your spot. The balance is due January 15.

📋

Post Assessment & Family Meetings  ·  Final Week

In the final week, you will book a dedicated one on one slot for your family. We reassess your child and meet with you to walk through the results. You will see exactly how much your child has grown, get personalized feedback based on their results, and leave with a clear picture of where your child is, plus a plan for summer and the first months of kindergarten.

A Fraction of What Tutoring Costs

Most families don't realize how expensive reading support gets once a child falls behind. Read In Ten is designed to get ahead of that.

Private Reading Tutoring

The typical alternative
$2,000–$3,000
10 weeks, 2x/week at $100 to $150/hr
  • ✕ Often starts after a child is already struggling
  • ✕ $50 to $150 per hour depending on your area
  • ✕ No parent training. Skills stay in the session.
  • ✕ Remediation programs can run $3,000 to $8,000+

Read In Ten

Spring 2027 Cohort
$500
for the full 8 week program
$100 deposit holds your spot
  • ✓ Prevents the gap before it starts
  • ✓ Weekly videos, activities, and supplemental tips
  • ✓ Individual differentiation tuned to your child
  • ✓ Direct access to two reading specialists
  • ✓ Pre and post assessments included
  • ✓ One on one family meeting at closeout
  • ✓ You learn the skills, not just your child

A full week of Read In Ten costs less than a single hour of private tutoring, and it comes with the parts tutoring leaves out: assessments, differentiation for your child, and a parent who knows exactly how to keep the skills growing after the program ends.

The Sweet Spot

Kids starting TK or kindergarten in fall 2027. In a play based preschool? Great. We supplement it, no tutor needed, and 10 minutes a day gets your child kinder ready. Heading into TK with a longer runway? Even better. Your child walks into kindergarten ahead.

10 Minutes a Day

Morning, after school, or bedtime. The timing is flexible, but the consistency matters. Five to six days a week for 8 weeks, with post assessments in the final week.

You Are the Teacher

This is not a drop off program. You are your child's reading teacher. We give you the tools, the knowledge, and the support to do it well.
